selfmade 50Hz-Trafo for 25kV, 2, 5kVA

luke_9040 A few words about the winding device:
-All axes should (for the secondary winding: must) be ball bearings. I've done the axles from M10 threaded rods
and therefore 6000-2RS bearings used. It must be taken carefully, that all axes are parallel to each other
and not eggs! Commissioning jobs  , it can happen that skips over the wire and the winding is faulty / must be carried out again.
-The wire spool must be curbed. I have then taken a brush, has been firmly pressed with laboratory terminals on the coil
and she has so hampered.
-The wire must be run on a management role. It works as follows:
Take a cable protection tube made of plastic with 25 mm dia. and wound it with exactly the wire that is on the reel later on it.
The wire is attached to both ends. The wrap length should be approx. 5 cm more than the largest winding width of the coil to wickelnden.
On leadership are paper rings plugged (at best auf(nicht mit) you glued), which can move laterally.
These rings serve later as "Attacks" and form inserted with the ruler on the winding width.
The leadership is located on two "Arms" / "Ears" on the winding device about 20 cm from the spool body and also ball bearings.
She powered synchronously over a belt with the winder body. This verlötetes is for example for a ring
highly flexible leads. It is important that the belt does not extend, because otherwise there would be wrapping errors!
-The shellac should be solved in warm alcohol. This will take about 3 days for the necessary amount (approx. 200 g) and results
fewer crumbs than if you tried it with cold alcohol. Still, he should be filtered even before use.
E.g. through a tea strainer or similar
-Forget drill, motors, etc. to rotate the winding device. The 17000 secondary coil windings were made by me
and this Dipl.-ing. in three days over new year's Eve 2010 cranked by hand. The thin wire and the large supply reel
must you go to very sensitive! Overall, approx. 2 kg are landed on the secondary coil wire.
